huh is certified since 1994. In april 2004 the whole company was re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. Our company is member of the “Associated Group Quality-Casting”. As a result of this membership we have agreed a close cooperation with the german IFG (world largest foundry institute) which performs a quality audit in our foundry every quarter of a year. This audit contains for instance the check, if the achieved physical values are in line with our promises, which are clearly above the DIN values. This increased quality level, in particular the repeatability of material properties and of product attributes brings clear commercial advantages to our customers. For quality measurements we use for instance two Leitz precision measuring machines with a maximum working room of 3000 x 2000 x 1000 mm. The closed quality control circle consisting of moulding, machining and quality control is symbolized by the notion Quality in one Mould
Our quality control efforts brought us to the extremely low failure cost level of below 0.5% of turnover (cost of failures and claims) – certainty for You as a customer.
