The pattern shop prepares the ground for later moulding of casted products. Depending on the demand to the pattern – number of casted parts, life cycle, tolerances etc. we choose the pattern material and its quality. huh makes and uses patterns made of wood, metal and plastic. In order to limit your risk we recommend to give us also the commission for the pattern making. In the development phase of a new product it can make sence to start with a lowcost pattern. After finalising the testing phase and first experiences with assembly the in every aspect optimised pattern can be designed and manufactured.
