We mould castings in EN-GJL (grey iron) and EN-GJS (ductile iron). Our quality iron is characterized by unsensibility against differences in wall thickness, consistent grain, excellent machinability, little inherent tension and is produced with very small process tolerances. Data of the foundry: Hand Forming Dimensions up to 2000 x 2000 x 7000 mm and weight up to 8000 kg per piece.
Machine Forming Dimensions of boxes 1100 x 800 x 800 mm and weight up to 400 kg per piece. Small and medium batch sizes from 10 to 1000 pcs / batch. Recycling of sand with 95%.
